Obituary.
Drusilla Kaminer was born Dec. 19,
1849, and died Dec. 7, 190S, making
her earthly stay 5S years, 11 months
and 18 days.
She was baptized in infancy and became
a member of New Horeb church
when it was first organized and remained
a faithful memberuntill death.
She leaves to mourn her departure a
husband,four sons and two daughters,
one son having preceded her to
the grave. Her remains were laid to
rest in New Horeb cemetery in the
presence of a large number of relatives
and friends.
Through all pain at tiire9 she'd smile,
A smile of heavenly birth;
And when the angels called her home
RVi? smiled farewell to earth.
Heaven retaineth now our treasure,
Earth the lonely casket keeps;
And the sunbeams love to linger,
Where our sainted mother sleeps.

the residence of the officiating minii
ter, Rev. E. H. Graves, Mr. Thomas
Knight and Miss Carrie Rucker were
united in the holy bonds of matrimony.
Miss Rucker is one of Lexington
County's fairest daughters and Mr.
Knight a popular young man of Calcounty.

1909, to give out suitable blanks to each
applicant. All applicants must appear
in person for blanks. No blanks will
be sent out except in very extreme
cases. Further instructions will be
given when applicant applies for blank.
The County Pension Board will meet
on the first Monday in February, 1909,
to pass upon applications handed in to
commissioner, after which date no application
blanks will be given out.
The Representatives and all others
are requested to send to commissioner
the names of all pensioners who have
died or moved out of the county since
last pension roll was paid.
