Governor Ansel's message to the general assembly, a document of 16 printed pages, was officially transmitted to both houses on Wednesday at noon by the governor's secretary, Mr. Allen J. Bethea, and by the reading clerks of these bodies was shortly thereafter read to the members. Governor Ansel disposes of many of the most important matters by reiter, ating and renewing the recommendations contained in his inaugural ad urww ana ms isst opening message. Recommendations which he renews include the following: < That a special temporary tax levy be made and continued until the state's finances reach a casiPb&sis.
