HOUSE
WORK
Thousands of American women
in our homes are daily sacrificing
their lives to duty.
In order to keep the home neat
and pretty, the children well dressed
and tidy, women overdo. A female
weakness or displacement is often
brought on and they suffer in silence,
drifting- along from bad to worse.
knowing: well that they ought to
have help to overcome the pains and
aches which daily make life a burden.
It is to these faithful women that
LYDIA E. PIN KH AIM'S
VEGETABLE COMPOUND
2omes as a boon and a blessing,
as it did to Mrs. F. Ellsworth, of
Mayville, N. Y., and to Mrs. W. P.
Boyd, of Beaver Falls, Pa., who say:
"I was not able to do my own work,
owing to the female trouble from which
I suffered. Lydia E. Pinkham's Vegetable
Compound helped me wonderfully,
and I am so well that I can do as big a
day's work as I ever did. I wish every
sick woman would try it.
FACTS FOR SICK WOMEN.
For thirty years Lydia E. Pinkham's
Vegetable Compound, made
from roofs and herbs, has been the
standard remedy for female ills,
and has positively cured thousands 01
women who have been troubled with
displacements, inflammation, ulceration,
fibroid tumors, irregularities,
periodic pains, backache, that bearing-down
feeling, flatulency, indigestion,dizziness,or
nervous prostration.
Why don't you try it ?
Mrs. Pinkham invites all sick
women to write her for advice.
She has guided thousands to
health. Address, Lynn, Mass*
The loveliest thing about a woman
is how she can appreciate your telling
her so.
A great many people have kidney and
bladder trouble, mainly due to neglect
of the occasional pains in the back,
slight rheumatic pains, urinary disorders,
etc. Delay in such cases is dan- j
gerous. Take DeWitt's Kidney and

Good Cough Medicine
For Children.
The season for coughs and colds is
now at hand and too much care cannot
be used to protect the children. A child
is much more likely to contract diptheria
or scarlet fever when he has a cold.
The quicker yon cure his cold the less
the risk. Chamberlain's Cough Remedy
is the sole reliance of many mothers,
and few of those who have tried it are'
willing to use any other. Mrs. F. F.
Staicher, of Ripley, W. Va., says: 4,I
have never used anything otner tnan
Chamberlain's Cough Remedy for my
children and it has always given good
satisfaction.'' This remedy contains no
opium or other narootic and may be
given as confidently to a child as to an
adult. For sale bv Kaufmann Drug

Life 100,000 Ytari Ago.
Scientists have found in a cave in

King's New Discovery, which cured me,
I could not have lived," he writes,"suffering

Sees Mother Grow Young.
"It would be hard to overstate the
wonderfui change in my mother since
she began to use Electric Bitters,
writes Mrs. W. L. Gilpatrick of Danforth,
Me. "Although past 70 she seems
really to be growing young again. She
suffered untold misery from dyspepsia
for 20 years. At last she could not eat,
drink nor sleep. Doctors gave her up
and all remedies failed till Electric Bitters
worked such wonders for her health."
They invigorate all vital organs,
