L. Bonham Appointed. . Gen. Milledge L. Bonham of Anderson has been appointed a member of the Confederate infirmary commission ! to succeed the late J. C. Mnrshall. Gen. Bonham is one of the best known men in South Carolina, and a leading member of the State bar. He is the son of the late Gov. Milledge Bonham and I was at one time adjutant and inspcdtor I general of the State. Gen.
