Family Reunion.
August Sth was a glad day at the
home of Mrs. Mary Ann Jumper. Her
children with their families, together
with other relatives and friends, gathered
at her home to spend the day in
social enjoyment.
The weather was very warm, but
the abundance of shade, and the fresh,
sparkling water of the nearby spring,
did much to lessen the depression of
the heat.
As the noonday hour approached
the ladies busied themselves in spreading
a most excellent dinner on a long
table in the yard. All present?about
one hundred?partook to the satisfaction
of the "inner man." This was
followed with lemonade and an abundance
of ice cream.
It was a great day for the children,
and for the older ones who seemed to
ft??l ncrain aa nhildren. A number of
*vv* ? ?
the young people furnished music.
Toward evening a brief service of
scripture and prayer was held and addresses
made by Mr. George Lybrand
and Rev. B. D. Wessinger.
The day still lingers in our minds as
one of the pleasant memories of the
past. We all join in wishing Mrs.
Jumper many days of usefulness and
happiness till she is called to attend
the family reunion above.
Gilbert, Sept. 2. One Present.

Cure is taken internally, acting directly
upon the blood and mucous surfaces of
the system, thereby destroying the foundation
of the disease, and giving the
patient strength by building up the constitution
and assisting nature in doing
its work. The proprietors have so much
faith in its curative powers that they
offer One Hundred Dollars for any case
that it fails to cure. Send for list of

Weak Women
?
To weak and ailing women, there is at least on*
way to help. But with that way, two treatments, must
be combined. One is local, one is constitu-,
tlonal. but both are important, both essential.1,
Dr. Shoop's Night Cure is the Local.
Dr. Shoop's Restorative, the Constitutional. '
Theformer?Dr. Shoop's Night Cure?is a topical
mucous membrane-suppository remedy, while Dr.'
Shoop's Restorative is wholly an internal treat-'
ment. The Restorative reaches throughout the'
entire system, seeking the repair of all narve.
all tissue, and all blood ailments. J
The "Night Cure", as its name implies, does it^
work while you sleep. It soothes sore and inflamed
mucous surfaces, heals local weaknesses and
discharges, while the Restorative, eases nervou?
excitement, gives renewed, vigor and ambition,:
builds up wasted tissues, bringing about renewed
strength, vigor, and energy. Take Dt. Shoop's v
Restorative?Tablet* or Liquid?-as a general tenia
to the system. For positiv* local help, use a* wed
