This clever Coffee Substitute was recently

DIES OF EYDROFEIA.
Farmer Had All Symptoms, Though
Bitten a Year Ago.
George F. Worrall, of West Brandywine
township, near West Chester,
Pa., is dead after suffering for two
weeks with hydrophobia, dying with
the full realization of his complaint,
but without hope of relief. He was
45 years of age.
Over a year ago Worrall was bitten
by a dog which was afterwards proven
to have been suffering with rnhies.
He was not treated at the time and
lately no thought of the matter had
been*entertained by him.
Two weeks ago he was taken sick
suddenly. Physicians were called,
but none of them was able to afford
relief, and he slowly suffered as the
disease ran its course, finally succumbing
after the most horrible suffering.
At the time he was bitten a number
of cattle were also attacked, and the
proof of the trouble came with their
death. Worall was stricken while at
work in a harvest field.
Catarrh Cannot Be Cured
with Local Applications, as they cannot
reach the seat of the disease. Catarrh
is a blood or constitutional disease, and
in order to cure it you must take internal
remedies. Hall's Catarrh Cure
is taken internally, and acts directly on
the blood and mucous surfaces. Hall's
Catarrh Cure is not a quack medicine. It
was prescribed by one of the best physicians
in this country for years and is
a regular prescription. It is composed
of the best tonics known, combined
with the best blood purifiers, acting
directly on the mucous surfaces. The
perfect combination of the two ingredients
is what produces such wonderful
results in curing Catarrh. Send for
testimonials free.

Suggestion As To Eating.
Dr. Harvey W. Wiley, food expert
of the Government, has a few simple
rules for eating and drinking during
the heated term. Here are his commandments:
Eat one-fourth less in summer than
in winter.
Eat meat in moderation. Select
the lighter meats.
Banish all alcoholic liquors.
Eat most largely of cooked fruits
and vegetables.
Drink nothing below 60 degrees in
temperature, and drink sparingly.
Be careful to seek the society of
cheerful friends.
Practice moderation in open air exercise.
Don't fret; don't worry.
"Thousands of people are made
sick in summer because they do not
know how or what to eat," observed
Dr. Wiley. "But the same criticism
applies to the winter season as well.
Few people follow definite rules.
Moderate eating, moderate drinking,
moderate exercise in the open air and
cheerful friends will keep any good
man alive through the summer.
"Eatine in summer should be di
minished by about one-quarter, inasmuch
as the heat energy is one-quarter
less than in winter.
This is what Hon. Jake Moore, State
Warden of Georgia, says of Kodol for
Dyspepsia: "E. C. DeWitt & Co.,
Chicago, 111.?Dear Sirs?I have suffered
more than twenty years from indigestion.
About eighteen months ago I
had grown so much worse that I could
not retain anything on my stomach. I
lost 251bs; in fact I made up my mind
that I could not live but a short time,
when a friend of mine recommended
Kodol. I consented to try it to please
him and was better in one day. I now
weigh more than I ever did in my life
and am in better health than for many
years. Kodol did it. I keep a bottle
constantly, and write this hoping that
humanity may be benefitted. Yours
very truly, Jake C. Moors, Atlanta,

Over Thirty-Five Years.
In 1872 there was a great deal of diarrhoea,
dysentery and cholera infantum.
It was at this time that Chamberlain's
Colic, Cholera and Diarrhoea
Remedy waa first brought into use. It
proved more successful than any other
remedy or treatment, and has for thirtyfive
years ma intained that record. From
a small beginning its sale and use has
extended to every part of the United
States and to many foreign countries.
Nine druggists out of ten will recommend
it when their opinion is asked,
although they have other medicines
that pay them a greater profit. It can
always be depended upon, even in the
most severe and dangerous cases. For
