President Harris, of the State Farmers' union, has issued the following circular to the 25,000 members of the order in this State: "Cotton has advanced $7.50 per bale in 10 days and if we will hold to it, and not be influenced to sell, it will in the next 10 days make the same advance and the minimum will be reached. Remember the 1907 crop is 4,500,000 bales short. This makes cotton scarce, not enough for consumption. Crop conditions the lowest in 20 years.
