The following is taken from the Reflector, of Nashville, Tenn., and is from the pen of the editor: I One of the sweetest words in the English language is "mother." William Pinckney Whyte, of Maryland, died at his home in Baltimore on Wednesday. He had been in public life for 60 years, and was one of the most prominent members of congress.
