On Friday it was our pleasure to
have a call from that grand old man,
J. Sol. Hendrix, who is a true and
noble Christian, a faithful soldier and
always prompt in all dealings with
his fellowman. It was our good fortune
to go through the war with him
and the re lingers a kindly feeling for all
old comrades, and especially so, when
they live such honorable and exemplary
lives. There is not a better
man in the county than J. Sol'. Hendrix.
