Mr. Legare?To provide a penalty for the larceny of boats. Committee on Elections?To make rarioua changes in the voting places of the State. Mr. Nash?To more effectively carry )ufc the law with reference to arrears torrent. Mr. Clinkscales?To provide for the Issuance of bonds for school purposes. Mr. Cothran?To provide for the Issuance of $55,000 in bonds to replace other bonds. Mr. Lane of Marlboro?To amend ihe State dispensary law. Tuesday in the House. To-days session of the house was I taken up in the discussion of the resolution sent over from the senate to abolish the State dispensary. The bouse is greatly divided and it is claimed by some, that a trick has been worked. The dispensaryites in the house have framed a prohibition bill and declare that if they can't keep the dispensarj- they want prohibition straight out. It looks now like an agrreement will not be reached for several days yet. The discussion goes on tomorrow.
