Nothing But Democracy.
' Whereas, it is evident that there
is uncertainty as to the sentiment of
the Democrats of this State on the

question 01 uispeueary or proamnion,

i the wishes of the people on that
question, therefore,

tbe various clubs holding the general j

tbeir preference.
"Resolved, third, That the State
Democratic executive committe be,

for each county separately."
The above resolutions on tbe apparent
paramount issue to be die- j

by Mr. Outzs, of Greeowood, in tbe j
State convention, but were rejected.
The readers of the Dispatch will !
remember these resolutions are in i

matter of law, but sentiment cf the I
people, which is certainly Democracy, ;
and should be the guidance cf our j
( legislators ou this important ques- j
tion instead of criticising candidates j
on the stump, which, as we have j
stated, perhaps, may Dot give us the :
beet representatives in the legislature.
But it does not seem to suit the
wishes cf those in power to so submit
the question, and we will await
the results cf the program. A majority

Sciatica Cured After Twenty j
Years of Torture.
i
For more than twenty years Mr. J. B. j
Massey, of 3322 Clinton St., Minneapo- j
lis, Minn., was tortured by sciatica. The j
pain and suffering which lie endured I
during this time is beyond comprehen- j
sion. Nothing gave him any permanent !
relief until lie used Chamberlain's Pain
Balm. One application of that liniment
relieved the pain and made sleep and
rest possible, and less than one bottle
lias effected a permanent cure. If troubled
