Childs, of Vermont, " while on a visit to his brother, Moj. F. W. Childs, one of the proprietors J and managers of the Lexington hotel 1 situated at Summerland, near Batesburg, died very suddenly on the J morning cf April 24. His death was nuite unexnected. he apparently en ~? c ' ?... joying fairly good health. His remains were shipped to his home at Cartleton, Vermont, for interment. 1 Give Us an Order. Well, if Mr. Jackson just wants a free right of way for his trolley, why don't some of the friends along the line call a meeting and give bim the right of way. Oar country is just as much God's country as the ridge, and have just as good a right to tne trolly as any one else.
