Hey ward that Thrailkill was at large, although his case had been decided adversely to his interests by tbe supreme court. Since the order of tbe court has been sent down to ttbe clerk of the court cf Saluda county Thrailkill has been\ settling up bis sffiirs and making some arrangements for bis mother, as be was tbe only male member of tbe family grown, hie father, Morgan Thrailkill, having been Bent to the penitentiary for life for having killed Benny Burton, the same man for whose death Clarence Thrailkill also is being punished. As soon as Clarence Thrailkill bad made these arrangements he went over to Saludi and gave himself up. New York, March 22.?After deliberating 14 minutes, the jary in the the case of Robert Spriggs, the negro proprietor of a resort, where it was alleged white women were detained against their will, brought in a verdict of guilty of the second offence of abduction. For sale by Kaufman Drug Co. Died of Seart Disease. Mr. Henry R Tbomae, former railroad commissioner, was found dead in a field on his farm near Wedgefield yesterday evening. He had been absent from the house since morning and a searching party found his body, which had been dead several hours. The cause of death was heart disease, from which he suffered for sometime.
