CaugbmaD, in the Providence secfcioD, by Mrs. T. H. Caugbman on Sunday of last ' "" r week. On one side was the familiar American Eagle with the mint mark "o" and on the reverse was the woman's head. Levi Meiz, a well known citizen of the Latch Fork section, of this . county died last Monday in Columbia at the age of 92 years. Mr. Metz v was at one time a wealty man, but in later life unfortunate business entanglements swept the accumulations of life away and he died compars tively poor. He was buried at the old borne, near Ballentine, in this t county. . ? L.
