They are ready for shipment. 3w21 J. H. Counts, Irmo, S. C. Tenant House Burned. Saturday afternoon the tenant house on Mr. A. W. Shealy's river plantation was. burned. The fire was caused by placing ashes that had recently been taken up near the smoke house. Contract Let. We can state for a certainty th&t l>r. James Harman has given the contract for the erection of a brick building on the left corner of his property, in rear of the court house. ^ The building will front the public square and is to be of brick 40x6Q two story and having sixteen offices, eight on each floor. They will be handsomely furnished and fitted up with modern improvements, making them comfortable and convenient for tenants. Work on the building will be commenced in a few days. County Board of Equalization. The Coupty Board of Equalization met Tuesday and organized by the election of F. Hamp. Hendrix Chairman. All the townships were represented except Sandy Bun.
