The Congressional Record for the past two sessions of the Fifty-eight Congress are now in permanent form, prepared with a consolidated index, This enables one to study the whole of the records of the different Representatives with ease and comparison with volume of work done by each. In this book of reminiscences he pays a tribute to the different members of Congress from Virginia at the time he was a member.
