His purpose is to inspect the condition of the establishH ~~ ed routes as well as to go over those g for tbe establishment of which petitions are now on file in tbe post office department at Washington. &nd ; make bis recommendations. He will I"-- make bis headquarters in Lexington < for a week or more. He comes here ^ through the persistent efforts of Congressman Lever to have those petitions favorably acted upon.
