I The Bell TelepboDe company has bought out the South Carolina Telephone company. Tbe deal has beeD on for some time and was eonsumated yesterday, and last night council granted permission to tbe South Carolina c mpany to eell. This was necessary, because it was provided by ordinance when tbe Souib Carolina company came in that permission must be obtained from the city before a consolidation could be had with any other company. Tight Will Be Bitter.
