A Sad Arrangement.
The mail on the early morning
train on the Southern road from Augbsta
to Columbia, has been diecon
tinued, and the train which passes
this place at 10:30 now carries the
northern mail. This is a bad arrangement
for the Dispatch as the papers
will not reach Fork subscribers uniil
a day or so after publication, and it
will be this way with subscribers in
other sections of the county.

Court Adjourns. i
After considering the evidence for
something over twenty hours the jury
in the Tillman case brought in a verdict
of not guilty, and Col. Tillman
was warmly congratulated by friends
who immediately gathered around
him.
At the conclusion of this case the
court of Sessions was adjourned sine
die, and the Court of Equity was
called and was continued until Saturday
when it, too, was adjourned
and Judge Gary left for bis home in
Abbeville, carrying with him the esteem
of our people.

James Brazil and Mrs. Aggie a
Turner, of Cashion, Okla, have crea- *

times in one day. They first sought
the probate judge at Kingfisher,

satisfied as to the legality of the
ceremony, they returned to Cashion
and were married again by a minister.
