Veterans to Meet. \ Camp Steadman will bold a meeting in this place on the 29th, inst., for the purpose of making arrangements to attend the Columbia and New Orleans reunions. Col. R W. Hunt, Division Passenger Agent of the Southern Railway, will be present to arrange for the transportation of the Veterans who may desire to attend either or both of these reunions. All persons who desire to go on these trips, whether Veterans or not, are requested to notify C jL. M. D. Harman at the earliest possible moment, so that suitable arrangements can be made for them. Her i remaine were laid to rest in St. James cemetery Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock in the presence of a large congregation of sorrowing relatives *nd friends.
