Berlin, Jan. 29.?It has been learned officially that Germany, England and Italy are all waiting with impatience for a declaration from President Castro through Ambassador Bowen in. regard to the security to be offered by Venezula for the pay: ment of the claims of powers, and it is said here today that a declaration for the raising of the blockade may be made at any moment.
