Mr. P. J. Moran, in an article in
the Atlanta Constitution, 6ay*: "Ae
ai illustration of the manner in
which the farmers of the country
have lost heretofore, it is only necessary
to repeat a statiment recently
m ide by Mr. Hester, of New Orleans,
that out of an annual cotton receipt

sand bales in that city over thirty
seven thousand bales were made up
out of samples which had been ruthlessly
plucked from the bales by the
men who handled them, which should

Not the least merit of the
American Cotton Company's Roundlap
bale is that besides its other
economics it prevents this UDjast tribute
from being levied on the farmer.

In the county of Escambia in Alabama
is the little town of Flomaton and there
lives Mrs. Mollie Grimes. She was a
good wife and mother but several years
ago she found her health slipping away
from her. She realized that this meant
the inevitable nervousness and irritability
that would surely lose for her the affection
of her children and husband, and
that as her health declined discord and
misery would appear in her home. She
was filled with the loving motherly instinct,
but two miscarriages in succession
almost broke her heart. She had almost
lost hope when the clouds rolled away
and the light of health and happiness
returned.
She tells her story in these words :
" I was almost heart-broken to think I could
not raise any more children and had to suffer as
, I did. I had lost two children by miscarriages

Gentlemen:?Four years ago I was
helpless with a misery in my back.
I could not return myself in bed. I
was treated by my physician, but he
did me no good. I took one bottle
of Dr. Baker's Female Regulator and
it cured me. I think there is no
medicine on earth like it.
