The Supreme Court has affirmed the judgment of the lower court in the case of S. S Mack, vs. the Florida, Central and Peninsular Railroad. The Court also sustained the lower court in the case of B. S. Mack vs. the same corporation. This was an action for damages for killing a mule and a judgment of 8150 was obtained. That we will lend every assistance to Dr. Stokes in the fight he'is now making in the intere.-t of fair treatment to all classes of people. Resolved 4th.
