Human Ingenuity.
. Certainly, for the mechanic, human
^ ingenuity lias never produced a better
liuimeut than.Salvation Oil,which now
stands unexcelled for curing his sprains
I and bruises caused by a fall; or cuts
and \vou11d3 the result of an accident
with his tool or saw. Salvation Oil always
kills pain. "Recently. I fell
about twentv feet and was verv much
. bruised
on my leg and side, but after
bathing them with Salvation Oil the
bruises soon disappeared. I think Salvation
Oil is just the thing for sores

Substitutes offered by dealers may cost

Earlier Vegetation.
Mr. Cromwell Shealy has laid
upon our table an oak twig,- filled
with well developed green leaves,
which was taken from his father's
* place near here. Vegetation is more
advanced on that place than it is in
this immediate vicinity, as the oaks
are just beginning to bud hereabouts.
He informs us that they always have
beans, tomatoes and other garden
truck earlier there than their neighbors.
We cannot account for this
freak of nature unless the place is
more sheltered from the cold and
winds of early spring than are the j
places of their neighbors.
