victed and sentenced to a life term
in the penitentiary. He will re

Greenville county finances has
discovered that the telegrams sent
to and by Senator Tillman last
November to assist in tho re election
of Supervisor Speegle were
charged to and paid by the county,
the bill amounting to $15.55.
This was doubly a waste of money,

one party to the transaction.?
