Last right when the killing oceured
Morse and his son-in-law
Mike De'oach, wore ro.urning
home from Edgefield. They were
in a buggy and Morse was carrying
bis gun. It appears that they
?-.?t Henderson in the center of
(lie ioad, and that after a few
words the shooting commenced,
dust who the aggressor was can
not bo asscortained. One report
is that Mo rso was shot two or |
three times, the fatal shot being
shot into the abdomen Henderson's
right hand will probably

lose his left arm.
\V. L. Henderson, it will be
recalled, figured in the first murler
trial ever held in this county
being tried together with his father
ind brother for killing John Buzaardt.
All of them were aequit:ed.
An inquest will be held tolay.
