Mr. John A. Estridge, of the
Osceola soction, whose serious il I
ness was recently mentioned in

noon shortly after 2 o'clock, just
i four weeks to the day from the
- time he was stricken down with
something like apoplexy. Mr. '
. E., was a prominent and extensive
farmer in his section of the
r county. He was born May 28th,
1851, and was married Dec. 29th, .
j 1870, to Misa Sarah llarmon. His
widow and the following children
} survive him: W. Marcus, J no.
L., Olin (J., Jas. A., Chas. W.,
and Allon W. Estridge, Mrs. W.
I B. McUiorey, Mrs. T. E. Carroll
and Miss Ellen Estridge.
Ho was a consistent member
and an Plldor of Bculah Presbyterian
church. His remains were
interred yesterday at VVaxhaw
Baptist cemetery at 11 o'clock a.
