For The Promotion of Health in
The Town of Lancaster, S. C.,
| And Providing Punishment for
Violation of The Same.
Section 1- That an assessment
of one dollar per year to ho paid
on or before November 1st, of
tho year 1002, and at the same
time in every year thereafter, is
hereby made beforehand against
all persons occupying premises
within the corporate limits of the
towu of Lancaster for each and
every privy located upon said
premises.
Section 2- That this assessment
shall be payable whether or not
said premises shall bo vacated
during tho year.
Section 3- That any person or
persons, who shall make default
in paying the assessments as herein
provided, besides Ithe other
penalties provided herein, shall
pay an additional amount of tit*- t
teen per cent for any and every !
such default and shall he liable
for the same cost for collecting
delinquent taxes now provided by j
the laws of this State.
