opposed to the establishment of a
dispensary here wae held in the
armory hull esterday afternoon

and he offered a set of reaolutiona
which condemned the movement
toward a dispensary and urged n
united effort to prevent the estab

Exploding Boiler Kills Two Men.
Norfolk, Va , April 10 ?At
an early hour this morning the
boiler at the plant of the Builder*'
Manufacturing company blew up
and wrecked the building. Two
men were killed and several in^

George P McCloy was today sentenced
in the U. S. Circuit court
to six years in the penitentiary.
McCloy was a pension agent who
was shown to have been engaged
in swindling the Federal govern
ment for years.
