highwayman robbed the bank of
Bristow last night in the western
part of the Creek Nation. The
amount secured is variously estimated
between $10,000 and $50,000
The robbers killed President

and wounded Assistant Cashier
John Hutching*. No captures
hare been made. A posse is pursuing
the robbers

and Wm A I>eath, three of tho
four persona indicted for the death
of Jennie Boaeehieter, a mill girl
of Puterson, N. .J., who was
murdered on the night of Oct, I s,
last, were tonight adjudged guilty
of murder in the second decree.
According to the New Jersey law
the maximum penalty for the
priaonere is 80 years imprison*
meet. The jury took 14 ballots
and after summoning Judge Dixion
anil the prisoners, tiled into
the court room. The Prisoners
appeared verv nervous

of the others. He -al hitintr his
lips while waiting. Campbell
thrust hie hand* into his trouser
pockets and clinched his lists in
them. Death looked anxiously
about the court room for a moment
and then aasumed the rune

When the verdict was announced
the prisoners exhibited neither
elation not relief.
Judge Dixon thanked the juiy
and said he believed the verdict a
just one. He then dismissed the
jury uutil Monday morning. The
court then rose and the priaoner*
were taken hack to the jail.
