On a petition of one-third of the voters of any) county an election shall bo held whether there shall be such a court or not. 28 counties are exenipt from the bill. There was a lively but good humored debate over holding the State ball in the State house. A resolution was finally passed by requiring a bond to be given for injury to the hall in ease the ball is held in the State house. This was adopted, * J f? to oil.
