Charlohois called on God to protect him and Dwyer dropped dead. The men were in the public library at the time. Chirl? hois, who is from Helena, is editor of a publication called "The Living Truth." During the discussion with Dwyer, the latter called Charlebois a liar and made a rush for him with upraised hands to strike him.
