examined the public buddings, of the
County, and find that the Court House
and Court-yard are badly kept, and are
pow in a very bad condition; that there
is 110 fence or pollings around tho yard,
and nothing to prevent hogs, goats and
cattle from entering the basement of
the Court House audUellling tfie same.
The passage running through the basement
may be said to be tiltliy. The
ptllccs of the Judge of Probate, of the
Bheriff, and of the Clerk, all need additional
t'u.nitwre, in order that the records
may he more neatly kept and better
preserved. The (Jourt room is not
in proper condition for holding court.
There should be blinds to the windows ,
to protect the glass in stormy weather, ,
and to keep out the heat of the sun in
warm weather, and there slipnld be a
