The Governor's Message.
A large proportion of our available space,

have ever seen eniinate from a Governor of
this State, and will well repay careful perusal.
Ilia measure for relieving the people Itom immediate
taxation, and bis suggestions in regard
to the College and to the It.utl-: ot the State,
we hope will be concurred- in by the Legislature,
and followed ly appropriate legislation
on these important subjects.
