The first 457 Prizes, similarly printed and
encircled, are placed in another wheel.
The wheels arc then revolved,and a number
is drawn front the wheel of Numbers,
and at the same time a Prize is drawn I rum
the other wheel. The Number and Prize
drawn out are opened and exhibited to the
audience and registered by the Commissioners,
the Prize being placed against the number
draw n. This operation is repeated until
all the Prizys are drawn out.
