encircled, are placed in another wheel.
The wheels are then revolved,and a number
is drawn from the wheel of Numbers,
and at the same time a Prize is drawn trotu
the other wheel. The Number and Prize
drawn out are opened and exhibited to the
audience and registered by tiie Commissioners,
the Prize being placed against the number
drawn. This operation is repeated until
all the Prizes are drawn out.
