of the loss of the certificate, with a minute
description of it, and have caused it to be
sent to Washington, to be entered as s Caveat,
in tho General Land Office, to prevent
the issuing of a Patent, to a fraudulent
claimant. Deponent further declares,
that he intends to apply to the Commissioner
of Pensions, for a duplicate of said
Ijuid Warrant Certificate, No. 79,636,
which has been lost or stolen.

Whereas, on inquest of Escheat hatli been returned
into this office, whereby it appears, that
John E. Sanderson, late of Lancaster district
8. 0., who was horn In , Ireland, in
tho Kingdom of Great Britain, and died on the
nineteenth day of April, In the year A. D. 1848,
was seized and possessed st the time of bis
death, of a lot of Land, situated in Lancaster
District, in the State aforesaid, on the branch
waters of Dear Creek, I rounded on the South
by lauds of Wui McKcnna, on the East by lands
of Minor Clinton, on the North by lauds of Mrs.
Amelia VHlines, and on the West by the Camden
Road, containing one hundred and fortyeight
acres, without having in his lite time made
any disjioaition thereof, and without leaving any
person who can legally claim the same. Now,
in pursuance of the directions of the act of assembly,
in sncli case made and provided, the
Heirs of the said John E. Sanderson, or others,
claiming under him, (if any there be) are hereby
required to appear and make claim within
eighteen mouths from the date hereof.
