tablespoonful to twice the quantity of
water, with a little sugar, every hour.?
The effect of tho lemon juieo was almost
instantaneous in one case mentioned; in

was a flexibility of the joints of the cured,
quite unusual in recovery after other
modes of treatment.

correspondent, informs us, that lie has

success of preserving milk sweet in the

piece of new hammered iron, or three
twelve-penny nails, in each tin pan, then
pouring the warm milk on them, lie Inheres

do with producing the results. He had
tried many experiments before he hit up
on this one, which he found to preserve
the milk sweet for a longer time than any
other plans tried by him.
