Warrant, umler the Act of Congress, pf September
28, 1850, in lieu of the oHgiuul Land
Bounty Warrant N'o. 28,886, for 80 acres, which
was issued in the mime of JOHN* 1SOME, and
sent to my address, Feb. 12, 1852, as stated by
the Commissioner of Pensious; hut which said
Land Bounty Warrant I have never received.
I have caused a Caveat to be entered, in the
General Land Office against the issue of a-Patent
thereon to a fraudulent claimant.
