Will the Prices of all Merchandise
Go Back Down to the
Old Normal Prices
This is a question that* bothedMMfy merchant. Most of the mer
chants are afraid to buy aiw gooa^fpr next fall, as they are afraid
the prices will go down. * ?
Some of them seem to think that it will not go down but will still
go up. I have a stock.at present worth between $55,000 or $60,000
of brand new merchandise, and on top of this I will have to buy pew
goods for fall. Now I have more goods on hand than I ought to have
at the present condition, and if the prices should happen to drop it will
mean a loss of 25 to 35 per cent. Rather than take chances I have de
cided to put my stock on the bargain counters and offer my entire
stock at COST for the Next FIFTEEN Days. This means a saving to
you from 25 to 35 per cent on every dollar you will spend herevas I
bought most of my stock at the old prices. We have'nt the space to
mention all of our cut prices, but it will surely pay you to take time
and come and look through and see how much you can save.
