Padget farm, six miles from Trenton and fourteen miles from Au gusta on the Dixie Highway. We will sub-divide this tract of 309 acres in six nice farms, all with good frontage on the highway. Four 3-to-4-room houses with barn and well at each house. Two running streams through the place. We will cut it to the best advantage for the purchaser. We are going to give to each purchaser of a tract of this land free a fine mule. The purchaser of one tract will have the privilege of taking as many more at the same price and get a mule for each tract. Don't forget the Free Barbecue Dinner will be at the E. M. Padgett Place On Wednesday, the 27th, at 10:30 We will begin the sale of the J, P. Hite place we will next come to the J. M. Wright place of 57.7 acres,', one 5-room dwelling, barns and tenant houses, three miles from Edgefield on the Johnston-Edgefleld public road. A most desirable place to live. Next W. W. Adams Cross Road Farm and T. A. Broadwater Farm.
