The Greatest Auetion Sale of Real Estate That Edgefield County Ever Had August 4th and 5th, 1919 g* Now is the time to buy a lot for a residence, a site for any business purpose, or a nice farm. The following is a brief description of the several par ?jg eels of land which will be offered for sale at auction August 4th and 5th: 1. The Fair Ground property, opposite Addison Mills, containing six and one-half acres, high elevation. Just the place to have a nice home or business enterprise. Will be sub-divided and offered in lots or as a whole. 2. The W. \V. Adams warehouses and offices, located at the Edgefield depot. Convenient to load from warehouse to cars on warehouse track. Ca pacity of these warehouses is about five thousand bales of cotton, with room for fertilizers and all other produce that one might wish to handle. Equipped with sprinkler system. Now is the time for the farmers to organize a stock company, buy these warehouses, put competent men in charge, handle their own cotton ; have it where they can always get a buyer without having to look for one. 3. The farm of W. W. Adams, situated two miles from Court House, at Huett's ("ross Roads, fronting on two highways, containing about 155 acres of the best land in the Ridge section. Will be cut into small farms or offered as a whole. 4. Several lots of 0. 13. Anderson, within the incorporate limits, on the Dixie Highway, across the street from the W. C. Jackson home.
