The trays may be quickly taken to
shelter without disturbing the fruit.
If there should be several days of
rainy weather the trays should be
stacked one on top of the other in
a shed or In the house; the air pass
ing between the trays will keep the
fruit from souring till again placed
. out-of-doors.
