Treasurer's STotice.
The County Treasurer's office will be
open for the purpose of receiving taxes
from die 15th day of Oct. 1909 to the
15th day of March 1910 inclusive.
A penalty of one per cent will be ad
ded to all unpaid taxes after the 1st
day of Jan. to the 31st of Jan. 1910, of
twofer cent, from the 1st day of Feb,
to the last day of Feb. 1910 *txid penal
ty of five per cent from the first day of
March to the 15th day of March 1910.

All male citizens between the ages of
21 years and .60.years except those ex
empt by law are liable 4to a poll tax of
one dollar each. A capitation tax of 50
cents'each is to be paid on all dogs.
A ^commutation road tax of $2.00
each'must be paid by able bodied male
citizens between the ages of 18 and 50
years.
No checks or drafts will be accepted
in payment of taxes unless the party
giving same can be held personally re
sponsible for its payment.
