Miss Ellamays Allen, as stenogra
pher, rapid progress was made.
She record-id the testimony with
as much ease and despatch as the
Congressional stenographer would
have done. The court rendered
a decision sustaining the will, but
the contestants appealed to the
higher court. As this is quite a
valuable estate (he final decision
is looked foi ward to with much in
terest.

bles have been erected in an incred
