SECTION 1. L> ii enacted by the

That any person who shall make ad
vances in provisions, supplies anti
other articles tor agricultural
purposes sha'l have a Hen in prefer
ence to all other liens, existing other
wise, upon such provisions, supplies

shall be consumed in the use.
SEC. 2. That in case any or,& to

other articles are so advanced shall
endeavor to dispose of the same for
other purposes than that for which
