that Charles McGregor, late of Edgetiold big
trict, who was born in lunbarton, Scotland, and
died on the twenty-first dpy of May, in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fidy.

death, of a Lot of Land, containing one-half
Acre, more or less, situate, lying and being is Lo
corporate limits of Edgelield Village, bounded an
the North by a Lot owned by 1Rev. P. N. Lyn, h,
on the East by Lots owned by Thomas P. Magra.th
and Gieurge W. Landrum, and the Public Street
leading from the Court ]louse to Puttersville, on

the rear of the Court House, and Lots owned ly
William J. Ready, F. L. Smith and Riev. P. N.
Lynch ; without having in his lifetime made any
lisposition thereof, and without leaving any per
non who can legally claim the same. Now in
