ETAL AcCIDErr.-We learn that a Mr. M ,Ginnis, of Marion District, S. C., was run ovi and instantly killed on the Georgia Railroat near Berzelia, yesterday. Reports of the manni in which the accident occred are co;tradictor He had stopped at Berzelia to take breakfas and was left by the train.
