TIE Undersigned would respectfully call the

rally, to their very complete and extensive establish
ment in Augusta, Ga., for the accommodation of
NEGROES requiring SURGICAL OPERA
TIONS or Treatment in CHRONIC DISEASES.
The Building is.situated corner of Jackson and
Fenwiek Streets, between the Georgia and the- Sa
vannah flail-Road Depots; and in sight of both.
It is therefore convenient for the reception of pa
tients from a distance. In its construction, through
out the entire plan, was kept in view the special
purpose to which it is applied ; being furnished with
everything which can conduce to the comfort of the
SICK. It is supplied with hot and cold baths and
shower baths-and has water-closets in each story
to avoid fatigue and exposure to the patients. Itis
also well ventilated and lighted with gas. With
the constant attendance of experienced male .and
female nurses, the patient will be saved much of the
sufiering which too often is the result o? unavoida
blo neglect in the treatment of NEGROES in ordi
nary private practice.
