i'antation for Sale, T IIE Subscriber offers for sale the Plantion on which he now resides, containing Fifteen Hundred Acres, situated on the Columbia and. Edgefield Road, in the Ridge settlement, adjoining the Lands of Mrs. T. Watson, Maj. T. Watson, C. Ward, J. AleCarter and others. It is in excellent conditionand has on it an ELE GANT TWO STORY DWELLING HOUSE, containing ten Rooms (four of which are twenty feet square-dining room sixteen by twenty-four,) and has ten Closets. There is also on the place an excellent Gin I-louse, 30 by 45, besides a large Lint Room on the 'side, and double machinery for ginning and thrashing. There is alsu attached to. the Gin a first rate Screw. On the said Tract is a splendid strong NEW CORN-MILL, about a mile from the Dwelling.
